Innovation is the key to social inclusion and sutainability as well as to productivity, growth and jobs. But innovation doesn’t work properly if you close your doors, ears and mind. We believe that we are all responsible to support a change of mindset within a rapidly changing business environment and to establish a culture of Open Innovation.
Crowdsourcing and Service Design Thinking are methodologies to support the development, evaluation and dissemination of disruptive ideas. The presented experiences and examples in different areas aim to provide deep insights into customer requirements and needs.
The concept of Open Innovation can be very well applied to every problem solving process – involving several stakeholders, such as employees, customers, stakeholders, communities and other experts. Involving the crowd through Crowdbusiness allows involving “co-thinkers”, who are emotional and personally motivated and deal in truthful relationships.
We invite you to become a part of our deep dive into the Open Innovation Toolbox!
