The stream puts emphasis on MEDICAL SYSTEMS AND DEVICES, PATIENT DATA and ADVANCED MEDICAL IMAGING

SMART MOBILITY: In modern mobility systems the way from A to be B should be not only safer, faster, more comfortable and cheaper, but also richer in meaningful activities and more socially and environmentally sustainable. The recent advances in Intelligent Transportation Systems and particularly of sensor technology, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and robotics have already provided an excellent nourishing ground for this vision. The Smart Mobility stream is composed of the following four blocks - MOBILITY of the FUTURE, ASSISTED & AUTONOMOUS DRIVING and POWERTRAIN OF THE FUTURE.

SMART MANUFACTURING: Recently there is a growing awareness that the current production type needs to change significantly in order to meet some of the most important requirements of the new industrialization: transparency, adaptability, traceability, and leanness. The stream includes the following blocks: TRENDSETTING IN FABS, TRENDSETTING IN PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES, ADVANCED MATERIALS, DIGITIZATION of PRODUCTION and SENSITIVE AUTOMATION

SMART HOME/SMART ENERGY concepts and systems currently enjoy much interest worldwide. They strongly benefit from recent advances in IoT, Home Automation, sensors & actuators respectively data analytics and strive to gain more and more acceptance among the users.  Their main goals are to improve the quality of life and security of the residents, reduce energy consumption and enable the efficient control of all residential functionalities.

The intense two-day program will cover many relevant technologies such as - NFC/RFID, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Cyber Security, AR/VR and many more. Co-organized by the Silicon Europe Alliance, this event presents high profile speakers from all European Technology Hotspots such as Dresden, Leuven and Grenoble and brings together companies and research institutions from the vast alliance network, containing 2500+ partners. The speaker lineup includes representatives from companies and institutions such as - Infineon, Intel, NXP, LITEON, flex - and many more.
