In the regional digital ecosystem from Leuven (Belgium) to Eindhoven (the Netherlands), DSP Valley acts as the matchmaker and broker to stimulate open innovation, using advanced micro/nano-electronics and other digital technologies as the key enabling technology for innovation in smart applications. DSP Valley helps building research and innovation consortia, in application domains such as smart health, smart cities and smart industry. In order to bring companies and research organisations together, DSP Valley organises a lot of matchmaking and networking events, including Open Innovation Days together with the Silicon Europe Alliance partners. DSP Valley also helps its members with access to technology platforms (e.g. at the research organisations) and with access to European (cascade) funding. DSP Valley also supports its members in their internationalisation.
