The series of events "Focus on mechanical engineering and plant engineering"  (Maschinen- & Anlagenbau im Fokus) - initiated and carried out by the Styrian Business Development Agency SFG in cooperation with the FH CAMPUS 02  University of Applied Sciences (Degree Programme Automation Technology)  and the platform for automation technology  AT Styria  deals with topics that are of particular interest to machine and plant manufacturers. For this purpose, speakers (industry and scientists) are invited to give an insight into their know-how and to report on their experiences. Its  8th edition is part of the "Smart Manufacturing" stream of the conference and will be addressing current industry trends at the #LetsClusterSummit together with international and regional speakers.
In this session the presentation of a best practice development case is deepened by the focus on sensitive automation (sensitive robot technology, implementing haptic features in machine control elements, the contribution of machine learning)
